Week 2: Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi Soup
The hardest part of this recipe was finding gnocchi in the store!! My roommate spent a long time asking every employee in Publix in order to find it, but she finally found it! After that it was really pretty easy to make. I wish I had added the cornstarch to thicken it, but we were so hungry we couldn't wait!
