As I mentioned before, I bake for birthdays at work. I let whoever's birthday it is pick what they want and this was my 3rd birthday this year. I found this recipe on Pinterest and when my coworker with this birthday mentioned he liked red velvet, I promptly suggested this recipe, despite it difficulty. I like a challenge and boy was this a challenge.
Week 6: Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookies
These cookies were highly praised at work. Everyone loved them! These are defiantly cookies to make if you looking to impress someone. It takes a little while to learn the art of assembling the cookies, but don't get discouraged. Also, I made a lot more cookies from this recipe. You can make them as big or small as you want.
Read through the whole recipe before you make plans to make it to allow for enough time. I started these cookies before the Super Bowl, took a break during, and finished them afterwards around 1am.
