Making waffles is so easy. I make waffles a lot on Saturdays.. usually for lunch or dinner. I love waffles. I think loving waffles is contagious and I caught it from one of my best friends Kayla! I like putting Nutella on my waffles.
One day, I was contemplating the amazingness of waffles while cruising Pinterest and thought "Hmmm...what else can I make in my waffle iron". After a few search attempts, I finally found something promising: waffle iron cookies! After reading a few recipes I found the one I wanted to try.

Note: I bake almost every Friday and/or birthdays at work.
These cookies caused quite a stir at work. The debate centered around whether these "cookies" are more waffle-like or cookie-like. I think they are a lovely mixture of the two textures. Personally, I loved them!
